Regina McNamara is the President and Owner of Always There Home Care.
Regina’s healthcare career has spanned over two decades, during which time she has served in positions across the industry’s spectrum. She served as Bristol, CT-based Bristol Hospital’s Vice President of Nursing/Patient Care for over a decade, and was also Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Connecticut’s largest Medicare-certified home care company, Home Care, Incorporated.
Regina and her team led the growth of that company from $2 million in revenues to $35 million in a 2-year period via growth in same store sales and acquisitions. Regina holds a BSN from Villanova University as well as an MSN in Community Health Nursing from Yale and an MPH in Health Administration from Yale. She is a Wharton Nurse Executive Fellow. Regina is an ardent believer in preserving the dignity and independence of seniors and providing peace of mind to their families.
