Providers We Love

We are privileged to have received referrals from and be able to coordinate care with many Assisted Living facilities, rehab facilities, and Medicare Home Care and Hospice agencies. Our growth is in large part due to the trust the staff in these organizations have put in our caregivers. We are likewise impressed with them and we are committed to referring to them on a regular basis

The Hearth Assisted Living Southbury, Branford, Guilford, Madison

All it takes is one simple stroll through The Hearth to feel the special difference their residents experience daily. Staff are friendly, helpful, genuine. You instantly feel the teamwork among their staff. Feeling lost? The first person you encounter shows you the way. Residents are treated like family. They are happy, and enjoy telling visitors all about their home. Their secret? The Live More philosophy that is at the core of everything they do and is the essence of what makes Hearth Management different.

They are committed to meeting each resident’s emotional, physical nutritional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs.

Through their unique Care Connect program, all employees participate in an education program learning the fundamentals of their person-centered values. Above all, they gain a new respect for human individuality and the gentle power of their integrative, holistic approach to senior care. This is clearly evident in all interactions between Hearth staff and residents.

It is very difficult to insure that the values important in the Hearth leadership group are practiced ever day in all their facilities throughout CT. Yet this is exactly what one encounters in each unique community when all share the same values and commitment to the mission.

We are very proud to be a preferred provider of home care to their residents in need of assistance in order to better age in place. Finally, we are thrilled that our therapy dog Darcey is warmly welcomed by staff, residents and their families.

See for yourself. Take a tour. Be prepared to be impressed.

Village Gate of Farmington Retirement Community

We have been familiar with Village Gate for some time as a place for meetings and a welcoming place to reside. Recently one of our favorite client families moved in and this provided us with an excuse to actually visit and explore the grounds and the lovely interior of this charming and active retirement community.

First, the exterior grounds of any senior community are very important to us. Our clients and their families need outdoor experiences, walking, taking in some Vitamin D via the sunshine and enjoying the weather. Our clients who reside there enjoy visits from our pet therapy dog Darcey who delights in walks with them outdoors and people watching as an extra bonus.

Like so many people, our clients enjoy well prepared food and a nice variety. In this area, Village Gate delivers superbly. The wide selection of foods, along with the attentive and friendly service are a winning combination.

Their vast array of activities is impressive. Our friends enjoy the exercise room, the game room, the planned activities and look forward to field trips someday. This community differentiates itself by also providing entertainment in the evenings, an element of senior living we wish we saw more often.

The apartments are spacious, well-appointed and nicely accessible. There is laundry service or residents can have their own washer/dryers. The kitchen is amazing and nicely equipped.

The location is convenient to major highways and a wide variety of cultural activities in the immediate area.

It is a real pleasure to recommend this wonderful community.

Atria, Hamilton Heights, West Hartford

This charming and impressive community is located in a beautifully restored, historic building situated in one of New England’s finest neighborhoods. Built for a wealthy family in the late 19th century, and later the Mount Saint Joseph Academy – affectionately known as “The Mount” – this marble-columned masterpiece is now home to fascinating older adults with a few tales of their own to tell.

We are impressed by a few outstanding differentiators: the chef quality meals and their adaptability in altering meals at residents’ requests. The enormous array of activities. The friendliness of staff.. The nursing staff is helpful and responsive 24 hours a day, even as we discovered, on a holiday. And, perhaps our favorite …A pet friendly environment!
