Novia Reid: It seems as though Novia has always been with us, rather than for a mere one year. Her name appears often as in: “Who can we call who will simply ‘parachute’ into this special case and ensure a great outcome for all? Do we have someone who drives, is flexible, mature, professional, and also truly “hands on?” …. Hmmm. “

We have nicknamed Novia our “Cover Queen”. Any caregiver break we need her to cover, she’s up for the challenge and has no problem winning over her clients. She is universally liked and respected by her colleagues, clients and their families.

During this pandemic she has been gracious enough to come into the office, fill all our PPE bags and deliver them to ALL of our caregivers in different areas of CT. Never a concern or complaint from Novia. She dives right in, packing weekly caregiver PPE bags with hand sanitizer, hand wash, lots pf paper towels, masks, face shields, Vitamin C, recent updates on Covid and other topics, games and activities to share with their clients, and always the favorite of all, the snack Bag, perhaps the most widely anticipated gift by caregivers and their clients.

She is currently on a case of her own a few days a week but, we search daily to find her MORE because we certainly never want to lose her!
