Providers We Love

We are privileged to have received referrals from and be able to coordinate care with many Assisted Living facilities, rehab facilities, and Medicare Home Care and Hospice agencies. Our growth is in large part due to the trust the staff in these organizations have put in our caregivers. We are likewise impressed with them and we are committed to referring to them on a regular basis

We are always proud to refer our clients to Vitas Hospice. Vitas has distinguished itself by fast response time, amazing commitment to continuous care when clients are actively dying or need short-term symptom management and focus on holistic care including music therapy. Their special commitment to the military is shown in their exceptional program focused on the men and women who served their country. Most Vitas patients are cared for wherever they call home, but when home is not enough, Vitas has special arrangements with hospitals and healthcare facilities across Connecticut to provide care until the patient is stabilized and can return home. In Waterbury, a warm and comfortable VITAS inpatient hospice unit is available in a wing of St. Mary’s Hospital.

The Orchards at Southington Assisted Living

The Orchards is located in the heart of downtown Southington with easy access to many local businesses, physicians, local events and shopping.

The atmosphere is lively, friendly with a wide variety of activities for all interest levels of its residents. There is a very active book club, ceramics class, painting class, and volunteer groups as Blankets for Babies. In addition to the many in house activities, and entertainment options there are several field trips to area tourist attractions.

The Orchards has a high proportion of male residents, distinguishing itself from many other Assisted Living facilities. They also welcome dogs and cats to live with their owners, a practice we especially admire for its positive effect on the quality of life for residents.

It is our pleasure to be a referral partner of the Orchards and to recommend it to those no longer able to live at home but still in need of an active senior life.
