Providers We Love

We are privileged to have received referrals from and be able to coordinate care with many Assisted Living facilities, rehab facilities, and Medicare Home Care and Hospice agencies. Our growth is in large part due to the trust the staff in these organizations have put in our caregivers. We are likewise impressed with them and we are committed to referring to them on a regular basis

Hudson Valley Hospice and Palliative Care Poughkeepsie, NY and Kingston NY

Unfortunately for those of you among our readers who do not live in this area of NY, you are missing out. This special organization is one of the finest hospices I have ever had experienced.

This was the wonderful hospice who cared for our dear family member Rosemarie Lyons. Their nurses, many of whom had a distance to travel in this rural area, were never in a hurry.

Their full attention and focus were not only our dear Rosemarie but also all the family members including Rosemarie’s dear dog, Tortilla. Their phone support was amazing, informative and very accessible. Although Rosemarie was only on hospice for a few days, they were very busy, painful and sad days for us. The nurses were never in a hurry and always gave us support and caring. Continuity of care was impressive. When Rosemarie died they were very quick to respond, visit and help with the arrangements.
Most outstanding was their bereavement support. Only a short time following her death we began receiving mailings from their bereavement team with simple but very helpful hints about the grieving process. Amazing, timely, pragmatic and enormously helpful.

For those of you with friends or family in this area of NY state, when the time comes, this is the hospice is for you!
